
A group of experienced European actors have launched a declaration requesting the significant simplification of the administrative burden and the financial framework of European research funding. This is in line with the recommendations and conclusions of many European expert groups. The key message of this recent and bottom- up declaration is that funding of European research should be based on trust and responsible partnering.
