About us:

Palais de l’Univers” is a Scientific and Technical Center in Cappelle la Grande (near Dunkerque). We are building a new Center which will open in 2008 (4500 m² consecrated to Life, Earth and Univers Sciences).

It will have: - a new digital planetarium, - an exhibition on the origins of life and univers and about the destiny of the Earth (1500 m²) - a showroom (300m²) for temporary exhibitions - 4 rooms for workshops (environment, (radio)astronomy, biology, geology, meteorology).

This new Center will be trilingual (dutch, english, french). This Center is dependent on the Urban Community of Dunkerque (18 towns, 210.000 inhabitants)., Exhibitions, workshops, planetarium.
