In laboratories across Europe, researchers are getting ready to open their doors to the general public on 28 September for the third 'European Researchers' Night.'
The aim of the event is to give people the chance to meet researchers, be 'a scientist for a night' and experience everything from exploring the Poles to discovering the mysteries of the deep sea.
The event will take place in more than 150 cities across Europe from Riga to Naples, and from Bucharest to Santa Maria da Feira.
